• Background:

  AT7519 is a potent CDK inhibitor. Inhibits CDKs 1,2,4,5,6, and 9 (IC50s respectively: 210 nM, 47 nM, 100 nM, 13 nM, 170 nM, and <10 nM) .1,2 Active in multiple human cancer cell lines.3-7 AT7519 has also been found to be a human RORγt agonist.8
