• Storage Conditions: May be stored at 4 °C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, add sterile glycerol (40-50%), aliquot and store at -20 °C. • Specificity: Recognizes rat alpha 2a Adrenergic Receptor. Shows positive staining in rat spinal cord dorsal horn, ventral horn motor neurons and retina. When examined in other brain regions known to express alpha 2a, staining was negative. Species Crossreactivity: Mouse and human.
