For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
- Specificity: Recognizes Hydroxysteroid Dehydrogenase, 11-beta Type II. No significant sequence homology is seen with 11b-HSD1 or other proteins. Species crossreactivity: The rat peptide is not well conserved in mouse and human 11b-HSD2. We recommend the use for mouse and human 11b-HSD2, H9117-80 and H9117-50H respectively.
