• Specificity:

  The assay recognizes natural Human TNFalpha. To define specificity of this TNFalpha antibody pair, several proteins were tested for cross reactivity. There was no cross reactivity observed for any protein tested (IL-1beta, IL-2, IL-4, IL-6, IL-10, IL-12, IFNgamma, IL-8 and IL-13). This testing was performed using the equivalent Human TNFalpha antibody pair in an ELISA assay.
