Anti-Synaptogyrin 3/SYNGR3 Antibody Picoband®, APC Conjugate
- Background: Synaptogyrin 3 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the SYNGR3 gene. This gene encodes an integral membrane protein. The exact function of this protein is unclear, but studies of a similar murine protein suggest that it is a synaptic vesicle protein that also interacts with the dopamine transporter. The gene product belongs to the synaptogyrin gene family.
- Description: Boster Bio Anti-Synaptogyrin 3/SYNGR3 Antibody Picoband® catalog # A14692-2. Tested in ELISA, IHC, WB applications. This antibody reacts with Human, Mouse, Rat. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.

- Function: Accessory component of the proton-transporting vacuolar (V)-ATPase protein pump involved in intracellular iron homeostasis. In aerobic conditions, required for intracellular iron homeostasis, thus triggering the activity of Fe2+ prolyl hydroxylase (PHD) enzymes, and leading to HIF1A hydroxylation and subsequent proteasomal degradation. Necessary for endolysosomal acidification and lysosomal degradation. May be involved in Golgi homeostasis.
- Components: Each vial contains 4 mg Trehalose, 0.9 mg NaCl, 0.2 mg Na2HPO4.
