Description

Intracell Fixation and Permeabilization Solution is a wash buffer reported for use in flow cytometric analysis, it's function is intracellular staining procedures (permilisation of cells and fixation) with a minimal effect, it is produced as 10X solution; it should diluted in deionized water befor use.
