  Capsule SOC Broth Base is a culture medium, designed to be used for growing bacterial cells, and also used in molecular biology, for preparation Suspend the capsules in distilled or purified water, heat to boiling for dissolving, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes, mix well then dispense as desired.
