Rat Anti Mouse Anti-GiTR (CD357) Antibody-PURE
Rat Anti Mouse Anti-GiTR (CD357) Antibody-PURE is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [DTA-1] clones, this reagent was conjugated with PURE format and reported for use in glow cytometric analysis to react with CD314 antigens that found highly on CD25+ CD4+ Tregs and CD25+ CD4+ CD8- thymocytes and lowly on resting T and B cells, CD314 act as stimulant of T cells, production and proliferation, also has a function of abrogation reduction for the inhibitory factor of CD25+ CD4+ treg cells.

Aqueous buffered solution containing protein stabilizer, and ≤0.09% sodium azide (NaN3).
2-8°C, store in dark, do not freeze
After 1 year
For Recherche Use Only.
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use. This is against a protein of mus musculus directed antibody. The ultrapure Anti Mouse Anti-GiTR (CD357) Antibody-PURE supplied from Immunostep is supplied in 1. The reagent contains very low traces of production synthesis impurities and is highly purified by ultra filtration and distillation for the chemical compounds.
If you buy Antibodies supplied by Immunostep they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.
Mus musculus, Rattus norvegicus
Rats are used to make rat monoclonal anti mouse antibodies. There are less rat- than mouse clones however. Rats genes from rodents of the genus Rattus norvegicus are often studied in vivo as a model of human genes in Sprague-Dawley or Wistar rats.
