Trypsin-EDTA Solution 1X 0.25% Trypsin and 0.2% EDTA in Dulbecco's Phosphate Buffered Saline w/o Phenol red is a colorless, clear solution. It is a serine protease derived from porcine pancreas. It is used for dissociation and disaggregation of adherent cells. EDTA acts by neutralizing calcium and magnesium ions that enhance cell to cell adhesion.

Buffer
