ELISA kit descriptionGENTAUR's mouse CD80 ELISA test is a ready to use ELISA kit. We use a monoclonal from rat specific for CD80 was used as capure antibodies on the ELISA test plate. The internal standards (NSO, D37-K245) and your samples are measured with a biotin conjugated polyclonal from goat specific for CD80 will than be washed with PBS. The colour reaction with TMB on HRP will colour the well from blue to yellow with the stop solution. The more mouse CD80 in your sample the higher the ELISA signal will be compared to this elisa's standard curve.
-
Detector and capure antibodiesA rat monoclonal detector antibodies is used with a goat biotin polyconal capture antibodies.

How the elisa worksSample the amount of 100ul/well of the standard solution at 4000pg/ml, 2000pg/ml,1000pg/ml, 500pg/ml, 250pg/ml, 125pg/ml, 62.5pg/ml mouse CD80 standard solutions into the precoated 96-well plate. Add 0.1ml of the sample diluent buffers into the control well (Zero well). Add 0.1ml of each properly diluted sample of mouse cell culture supernatant or serum to the ELISA plate. Keep in mind that each mouse CD80 standard solution and each sample be measured in duplicate.

More gene infoThe protein CD80(Cluster of Differentiation 80) is a molecule found on activated B cells and monocytes which provides a costimulatory signal necessary for T cell activation and survival. It is also known as B7.1. The cDNA for B7-1 predicts a type I membrane protein, i.e., one synthesized with a signal peptide that is cleaved upon translocation across the endoplasmic membrane. The protein is predicted to contain 2 extracellular domains structurally similar to those of Ig, a hydrophobic transmembrane region, and a short cytoplasmic domain. The CD80 and CD86(601020) genes encode B7-1 and B7-2, respectively, which are structurally similar members of the immunoglobulin superfamily expressed on a variety of hematopoietic cell types. stated that B7-1 and B7-2 provide a costimulatory signal to T cells by interacting with CD28 and CTLA4. The standard product used in this kit is recombinant B7-1, D37—K245, which is composed of two single chains acids with the dipolymer.

TestELISA Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assays Code 90320007 SNOMED, Mouse or mice from the Mus musculus species are used for production of mouse monoclonal antibodies or mabs and as research model for humans in your lab. Mouse are mature after 40 days for females and 55 days for males. The female mice are pregnant only 20 days and can give birth to 10 litters of 6-8 mice a year. Transgenic, knock-out, congenic and inbread strains are known for C57BL/6, A/J, BALB/c, SCID while the CD-1 is outbred as strain.

TechniqueELISA kit, ELISA, Mouse, ELISAs Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay 90320007 SNOMED code are used by the medical researcher for detection of human, mouse, … proteins are supplied in coated 96 well plates to be stored at +4°C. ELISA test kits can be sandwich ELISA. In sandwich ELISAS Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay 9we use captor and detector antibodies. In single antibody ELISAs the antigen is coated and only a detector antibody is used. Traditional competition antigen ELISAs are coated with a captor antibody and a competitive antigen is labelled with the chromogen. In this case the ratio on your graph will be inverse proportional with the antigen present in your sample. A sign detected by the Colorimetric detection OD optical density absorbance at 450 nm between 0 and 4 with an ELISA reader for 450 nm absortion. ConceptScope note: An immunoassay utilizing an antibody labeled with an enzyme marker such as horseradish peroxidase. While either the enzyme or the antibody is bound to an immunosorbent substrate, they both retain their biologic activity; the change in enzyme activity as a result of the enzyme-antibody-antigen reaction is proportional to the concentration of the antigen and can be measured spectrophotometrically or with the naked eye. Many variations of the method have been developed.
