Use of the reagent
Alkaline Phosphatase (AP) is a widely used marker for both mouse and human embryonic stem cells (ES) and embryonic germ cells (EG). Our StemTAG™ Alkaline Phosphatase test kits provide an efficient system for monitoring cell differentiation or undifferentiation using the AP marker. The StemTAG™ Alkaline Phosphatase Activity Assay Combo test kits provide reagents for monitoring alkaline phosphatase activity via immunocytochemistry staining as well as in a 96-well plate with either colorimetry or fluorescence detection.
-
Cellular use
Measure the ubiquitous alkaline phosphatase marker in embryonic stem cells and embryonic germ cells
-
Protocol information
Provides two assay methods: detect by ICC staining and quantify using 96-well colorimetry or Fluorimetry detection
