A potent chemokine and chemoattractant of T-cells
NCBI Gene ID #.
NCBI Gene Symbol
Activity (Specifications/test method)
Determined by its ability to chemoattract human T cells using a concentration range of 5.0-10.0 ng/ml.
Physical form description
Sterile filtered and lyophilized with no additives
Reconstitute in H₂O to a concentration of 0.1-1 µg/µl. The solution can then be diluted into other aqueous buffers and stored at 4°C for 1 week or –20°C for future use.
Centrifuge the vial prior to opening.
For Research Use Only! Not to be used in humans
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
