Specificity and cross-reactivity
A synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 563-577 YYQFKKDKAERRLAYC of human TBK1. GenBank no. NP-037386.1 was used as immunogen. This sequence is 100% conserved between human, mouse, rat, dog and cow.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Storage and shipping
For long term storage, keep the antibody at -20 degrees Celsius. Short term storage of the antibody can be done at +4 degrees Celsius. Cycles of freezing/defrosting can damage the peptide chains of the antibodies thus reducing the activity.
