- ClonalityMonoclonal
- IsotypeIgG2a,I, IgG
- Clone[6D12.H10.E4]
- HostRat
- ReactivityChimpanzee, Macaque
- SpecificityThis antibody reacts with the C-terminus of endogenous NAG-1 protein from human tissues. A BLAST analysis suggests reactivity with NAG-1 from chimpanzee and macaque based on a 100% homology. Partial reactivity is expected against rat based on an 86% homology with the immunizing sequence. Cross-reactivity with NAG-1 from other sources has not been determined.
- PurityProtein G Purified chromatography
- Form0.02 M Potassium Phosphate, pH 7.2, 0.15 M NaCl, 0.01% Sodium Azide.
- Concentration1 mg/ml
- Storage stabilityStore vial at -20°C prior to opening. Dilute only prior to immediate use. For extended storage, aliquot contents and freeze at -20°C or below. Avoid freeze-thaw cycles. Centrifuge product if not completely clear after standing at room temperature. This product is stable several weeks at 4°C as an undiluted liquid.
