- SpecificityANGIOTENSIN I This item is specific for Angiotensin I and does not react with angiotensin II, III or angiotensinogen in ELISA. Angiotensin I is important in the Renin-Angiotensin-Aldosterone System (RAAS). RAAS is responsible for the regulation of blood pressure and water retention in the body. Angiotensin I is produced from a reaction between the renal enzyme Renin and angiotensinogen. It is converted by Angiotensin Converting Enzyme (ACE) into a vasoactive form called Angiotensin II which is responsible for increasing blood pressure.
- FormPurified (Purified IgG - liquid)
- ConcentrationIgG concentration 1.0 mg/ml
- Storage stabilityStore at +4 degree C or at -20 degree C if preferred. Storage in frost-free freezers is not recommended. This product should be stored undiluted. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing as this may denature the antibody. Should this product contain a precipitate we recommend microcentrifugation before use. Shelf Life: 18 months from date of dispatch.
