    Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-Fluorescein and anti-Goat Serum. No reaction was observed against anti-Papain or anti-Goat IgG F(c).

    Supplied as a powder lyophilized from a solution containing PBS, pH 7.2, 0.01% sodium azide, and 10mg/ml IgG and protease free bovine serum albumin (BSA). Labeled with Fluorescein isothiocyanate (FITC; MW= 390 kD). Reconstitute with 1ml deionized water.
  • Storage stability
    May be stored at 4 degree C for short-term only. For long-term storage and to avoid repeated freezing and thawing, aliquot and store at -20 degree C. Aliquots are stable for at least 12 months at -20 degree C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
