DescriptionRat Anti Mouse Anti-GiTR (CD357) Antibody-Biotin is a mouse monoclonal antibody, specific for [DTA-1] clones, this reagent was conjugated with Biotin format and reported for use in glow cytometric analysis to react with CD314 antigens that found highly on CD25+ CD4+ Tregs and CD25+ CD4+ CD8- thymocytes and lowly on resting T and B cells, CD314 act as stimulant of T cells, production and proliferation, also has a function of abrogation reduction for the inhibitory factor of CD25+ CD4+ treg cells.

Avidin and Streptavidin bind to the small biotin and are couple to HRP or AP for ELISA. To break the streptavidin Biotin bond we suggest to use a 6 molar guanidine HCl solution with acidity of pH 1.6.
