Bovine CCL1 Recombinant Protein

  • Background:

CCL1 is a small glycoprotein secreted by activated T cells that belongs to a family of inflammatory cytokines known as chemokines. There are at least 27 distinct members of the C-C subgroup of chemokines reported for mammals. CC chemokines induce the migration of monocytes and other cell types such as NK cells and dendritic cells. CCL1 attracts monocytes, NK cells, and immature B cells and dendritic cells by interacting with a cell surface chemokine receptor.
  • Description:

The Bovine CCL1 yeast-derived recombinant protein is not tagged and is naturally endotoxin-free. The purity is greater than 98% as visualized by SDS-PAGE analysis. Bovine CCL1 applications are for cell culture, ELISA standard, and Western Blot Control. Bovine CCL1 yeast-derived recombinant protein can be purchased in multiple sizes. Bovine CCL1 Specifications: (Molecular Weight: 8.0 kDa) (Amino Acid Sequence: KSMHVPSSNC CFRTVKGKIS PKKIQCYKNI SSTCSYNDRL IFKLTGGLQS CVLQKDLWVQ AYLKRINLCQ (70) ) (Gene ID: 786156) .
