ENDOG Antibody: HRP (OAPB00172-HRP)

  • Gene Name:

    Endonuclease G, mitochondrial
  • Gene ID:

    2021
  • Swiss Prot:

    Q14249
  • Accession Number:

    NP_004426.2
  • Host:

    Rabbit
  • Reactivity:

    Human, Mouse, Rat
  • Immunogen:

The immunogen for anti-EndoG antibody: antibody was raised with a synthetic peptide corresponding to 15 amino acids near the amino terminus of human EndoG.
  • Target:

    Endonuclease G
  • Clonality:

    Polyclonal
  • Conjugation:

    HRP: Horseradish Peroxidase
  • Type:

    Polyclonal Antibody
  • Applications:

    ELISA, WB, IHC
  • Purification:

Affinity chromatography purified via peptide column
  • Concentration:

    0.6-0.7 mg/mL
  • Homology:

    Human; Mouse; Rat
  • Format:

Liquid. Purified antibody is supplied in high phosphate PBS, 100 mm phosphate, 150 mM NaCl, pH 7.6.
  • Reconstitution:

All conjugated antibodies should be stored in light-protected vials or covered with a light protecting material (i.e. aluminum foil) . Conjugated antibodies are stable for at least 12 months at 4C. If longer storage is desired (24 months), conjugates may be diluted with up to 50% glycerol and stored at -20C to -80C. Freezing and thawing conjugated antibodies will compromise enzyme activity as well as antibody binding.
  • Shipping Conditions:

    Wet Ice
  • Applications Notes:

EndoG antibody can be used for detection of EndoG by Western blot at 1 to 2 ug/ml. HepG2 and 3T3 cell lysates can be used as positive control and a 35 kDa band can be detected. It is human, mouse and rat reactive. (Optimal dilution should be determined by user)
