  Recognizes mouse Wnt-8b in direct ELISAs and Western Blots. Western Blots with human cell extracts demonstrate that this antibody also detects human Wnt-8b Does not crossreact with rmWnt-1, -2b, -3a, -4, -5a, -5b, -8a, -9b, -10b, rhWnt-2, -7a, -7b, or -9a. Species sequence homology: rat 100%, canine 98% and human 97%.
