Anti-CAMKIV/Camk4 Antibody Picoband®, Dylight594 Conjugate
Background:
Calcium/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase type IV is an enzyme that in humans is encoded by the CAMK4 gene. The product of this gene belongs to the serine/threonine protein kinase family, and to the Ca (2+)/calmodulin-dependent protein kinase subfamily. This enzyme is a multifunctional serine/threonine protein kinase with limited tissue distribution, that has been implicated in transcriptional regulation in lymphocytes, neurons and male germ cells.Description:
Boster Bio Anti-CAMKIV/Camk4 Antibody Picoband® catalog # A01905-2. Tested in ELISA, Flow Cytometry, IF, IHC, ICC, WB applications. This antibody reacts with Mouse, Rat. The brand Picoband indicates this is a premium antibody that guarantees superior quality, high affinity, and strong signals with minimal background in Western blot applications. Only our best-performing antibodies are designated as Picoband, ensuring unmatched performance.Synonyms:

Receptor for a C-C type chemokine. Binds to MIP-1-alpha, RANTES, and less efficiently, to MIP-1-beta or MCP-1 and subsequently transduces a signal by increasing the intracellular calcium ions level. Responsible for affecting stem cell proliferation.Components:
Each vial contains 4mg Trehalose, 0.9mg NaCl, 0.2mg Na2HPO4.References & Citations:
