  U-73122 is an Inhibitor of receptor-coupled phospholipase C-dependent processes in platelets and neutrophils via interfering with G protein-PLC interaction. A useful tool for probing the involvement of phospholipase C in receptor mediated cellular signaling and physiology. It also displays inhibitory activity against HIV-1 integrase (IC₅₀ = 7 µM). Cell permeable.
