Storage condtionsKeep the Wnt3a Antibodyat minus twenty degrees Celsius for 1 year. The ready-to-use solutions can be stored at four degrees Celsius for a month. Our specialsits recommend to freeze the aliquotes at minus twenty degrees Celsius for long-term application. Multiple procedures of freezing and thawing influence the specifity and reactivity of the antibody in a negative way.
-
TipsThe Wnt3a Antibody did not cross-reacted with other proteins during the test procedures. This antobdy is intended to be used for research analyses and it is not applicale for in vitro diagnostics.

BackgroundWingless-type MMIV integration site family, member 3A is a protein that in humans is encoded by the WNT3A gene. This gene is a member of the WNT gene family. The gene was assigned to human chromosome 1q42.13. These proteins have been implicated in oncogenesis and in several developmental processes, including regulation of cell fate and patterning during embryogenesis. It encodes a protein showing 96% amino acid identity to mouse Wnt3A protein, and 84% to human WNT3 protein, another WNT gene product.
