The UltraBrite™ blue IHC chromogen (HRP) is a substrate-chromogen system designed to be used for either immunohistochemistry (IHC) or ISH when utilizing horseradish peroxidase. UltraBrite™ blue IHC chromogen (HRP) produces a sharply contrasting ebony blue color that can easily be distinguished from other stains.

    Blue has a wavelength of around 480 nm and will make your sample visible. If your sample is too concentrated you can dissolve it in water. Also monoclonal HRP conjugates are often used for Western Blot.
