Long description
DPP10 shares structural similarity with the dipeptidyl peptidase family, however it lacks the active site serine, which is substituted with a glycine residue. DPP10 has been shown to facilitate Kv4.2 protein trafficking to the cell membrane, increase A-type current magnitude and modify the voltage dependence and kinetic properties of the Kv4.2 channel. DPP10 is prominently expressed in all brain regions examined except cerebellum.

About
Rabbits are used for polyclonal antibody production by nordc. Rabbit antibodies are very stable and can be stored for several days at room temperature. nordc adds sodium azide and glycerol to enhance the stability of the rabbit polyclonal antibodies. Anti-human, anti mouse antibodies to highly immunogenic selected peptide sequences are" monoclonal like" since the epitope to which they are directed is less than 35 amino acids long.
