ELISA s description
Protein G coated strip plates provide an alternative to direct, passive immobilization of antibodies. Binding to IgG of many species (human, mouse, rabbit, goat, sheep) in plate ELISA (not suitable for sandwich ELISA), Immobilization of IgG antibodies without prior purification. Fluorescence detection. 12 x 8-well strips and frame, C well, polystyrene strips, black; coating volume 100µl/well; Binding capacity: 1pmol IgG (mouse)/well

Tested applications
Ready-to-use, no additional washing or blocking steps required; Convenient method for a uniform and stable immobilization of antibodies (IgG of many species), Orient antibodies for maximum antigen-binding capacity. Immobilization of unpurified antibodies direct to the Protein G plate is possible. High signal-to-noise ratio; Low nonspecific binding; Long shelf life

Description
For the coating of the plates or particles biotez has a proprietary substrate knowledge. Available as 1. A microtiter plate (spelled Microtiter is a registered trade name in the United States) or microplate or micro well plate or multiwell, is a flat plate with multiple "wells" used as small test tubes. The microplate has become a standard tool in analytical research and clinical diagnostic testing laboratories. A very common usage is in the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), the basis of most modern medical diagnostic testing in humans and animals.
A microplate typically has 6, 24, 96, 384 or 1536 sample wells arranged in a 23 rectangular matrix. Some microplates have even been manufactured with 3456 or 9600 wells, and an "array tape" product has been developed that provides a continuous strip of microplates embossed on a flexible plastic tape. 0,2 ml 8 well PCR test strip tubes and dip test strip are basic diagnostic tools used to determine pathological changes in a patient’s urine in standard urinalysis.
