The antiserum was produced against synthesized phospho-peptide derived from human Pragmin around the phosphorylation site of Tyr413.
Purification

The antibody was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using phospho peptide. The antibody against non-phospho peptide was removed by chromatography using corresponding non-phospho peptide.
Specificity

Pragmin (Phospho-Tyr413) antibody detects endogenous levels of Pragmin only when phosphorylated at Tyr413.
