Specificity and cross reactivity
NKI-M9 is directed anti the CD51 antigen, alpha chain of vitronectin receptor (VNR-a chain) which forms a complex with: CD61 antigen (GP IIIa or b3 chain); b5 Integrin and b1 Integrin. The platelet a-b3 complex functions as a vitronectin receptor and platelet adhesion to vitronectin is inhibited by NKI-M9.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.

Description
This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
