Specificity and cross reactivity
CA125 was concluded by the International Society of Oncology and BioMarkers (ISOBM) to contain two major antigenic domains. Recognizes the epitope specificity group A, similar to the OC125 antibody. Not suitable for conjugation to HRP; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
