Specificity and cross reactivityRecognizes the human CD162 cell surface glycoprotein, a 120kD molecule also known as P-Selectin Glycoprotein Ligand I (PSGL-1). CD162 is the major counter receptor for P-selectin and is involved in neutrophil attachment and rolling to endothelium. In peripheral blood CD162 is expressed by monocytes, granulocytes, T cells and some B cells. Is not a blocking antibody; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
