  CD31 This item recognises the human CD31 cell surface antigen, a 130kD glycoprotein expressed by platelets, endothelial cells, granulocytes and some lymphocytes. CD31 is also known as PECAM-1. The epitope of this antibody has been mapped to domain 2, aa228-234 (Fawcett et al).; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
