Aliquot to avoid repeated freezing and thawing. For optimal long term storage, productone should be kept at -20 degrees Celsius. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. FITC conjugates are sensitive to light.
