Species reactivityHuman (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
-
Specificity and cross reactivityRecognizes human T-Lymphotropic Virus I gag p19.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
-
Purification methodAffinity Purified by Protein G affinity chromatography.
-
Form AppearanceSupplied as a liquid in 0.1M Tris-HCl, pH 7.5 before the addition of glycerol to 40%.
-

-
Storage and shippingStore the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius for short term storage.. Long-term storage should be done after aliquoting the antibody and freezing the aliqotes at -20 degrees Celsius. Under these conditions the aliquots will be stable for at least one year if kept at -20 °C. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial after thawing and prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer.
-
Tested applicationsELISA (EL/EIA), Western Blot (WB)
-
DescriptionFor cells, cell lines and tissues in culture till half confluency.
-
PropertiesHuman proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
