DescriptionHomeobox protein A10 is a protein that in humans is encoded by the HOXA10 gene. It is expressed in the adult human endometrium, and the expression dramatically increased during the midsecretory phase of the menstrual cycle, corresponding to the time of implantation and increase in circulating progesterone. HOXA10 may have an important function in regulating endometrial development during the menstrual cycle and in establishing conditions necessary for implantation in the human. HOXA10 is also a master regulator of postnatal hematopoietic development whose tight regulation is required for normal development of erythroid and megakaryocytic lineages.
-
ImmunogenHuman partial recombinant protein (AA 57-340) was used as the immunogen for this HOXA10 antibody.
-
StorageAfter reconstitution, the HOXA10 antibody can be stored for up to one month at 4oC. For long-term, aliquot and store at -20 deg. Celcius or lower. Cycles of freezing and thawing can denaturate the peptide chains of the antibodies and reduce their sensitivity and/or change their affinity. Prepare aliqotes in such a manner so that freeze-thaw cycles are minimized. Avoid repeated freezing and thawing.
-
PropertiesIf you buy Antibodies supplied by NJS poly they should be stored frozen at - 24°C for long term storage and for short term at + 5°C.
