Capsule YT Broth is a culture medium, designed to be used in the cultivation of recombinant strains of Escherichia coli, for preparation Suspend the capsules in distilled or purified water, heat to boiling for dissolving, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes, mix well then dispense as desired.
