  Solution A: Dimidium bromide 0.5gm, 10% aqueous alcohol 20.0ml ; Solution B: Disulphine blue-V 0.25gm, 10% aqueous alcohol 20.0ml, Mix A and B in gruduated flask of 250ml. Dilute to 250ml mark with 10% aqueous ethanol.

  Store below 30°C in tightly closed container and away from bright light.
• Properties
  Blue has a wavelength of around 480 nm and will make your sample visible. If your sample is too concentrated you can dissolve it in water.
