  • Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
  • Specificity and cross reactivity
Recognizes hCG beta and HCG. Does not crossreact with LH, FSH and TSH.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
  • Purification method
Affinity Purified by immunoaffinity chromatography prior to labeling.
  • Form Appearance
Supplied as a liquid suspension in PBS, BSA, 0.1% sodium azide. Labeled with 40nm colloidal gold particle. OD540nm = 10.
  • Concentration
    N/A
  • Storage and shipping
Store the antibody at +4 degrees Celsius. For long-term storage, aliquot and keep at +4 degrees Celsius for up to one year. Do not freeze. Aliquots are stable for 12 months. For maximum recovery of product, centrifuge the original vial prior to removing the cap. Further dilutions can be made in assay buffer. Gold conjugates are light sensitive.
  • Tested applications
    ELISA (EL/EIA)
  • Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
