Description
Dulbecco's Modified Eagle Medium (DMEM) With 4.5gms Glucose per litre, 1mM Sodium pyruvate, L-Glutamine, 1.5gms per litre of Sodium bicarbonate Without Phenol red, is a clear colourless solution. DMEM is a modification of Basal Medium Eagle (BME) that contains a four-fold higher concentration of amino acids and vitamins, as well as additional supplementary components. DMEM is used for culturing embryonic mouse cells.
