Capsule Luria Bertani Broth, Miller is a culture medium, designed to be used in the cultivation and maintenance of recombinant strains of Escherichia coli, also employed for the cultivation of other no fastidious microorganisms, for preparation Suspend the capsules in distilled or purified water, heat to boiling for dissolving, sterilize by autoclaving for 15 minutes, mix well then dispense as desired.
