The antibody may be stored at -20℃for one year in its original formulation. Additionally, antibody may be stored at 2℃ to 8℃ for up to 1 month without detectable loss of activity. Avoid repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the diluted antibody.store at 4°C; make aliquots to avoid working with a stock. Please, remember to spin tubes briefly prior to opening them to avoid any losses that might occur from liquid material adhering to the cap or sides of the tubes.

Scientific context
The brassinosteroid (BR) signaling pathway is regulated by complex mechanisms which at the transcriptional level involves BRI1 negatively regulated by BZR1 and BES1. BZR1 mediates downstream brassinosteroid-regulated growth response and feedback inhibition of brassinosteroid biosynthetic genes.
