Recognizes human BLAME. Within the ECD, human BLAME shares 19-26% aa sequence identity with human 2B4, CD2, CD2F-10, CD48, CD58, CD84, CD229, CRACC, NTB-A, and SLAM. Species sequence homology: mouse 79%.
-
Purity
Purified>90% as determined by SDS-PAGE and visualized by silver stain. Endotoxin: 1.0 EU per 1ug of the protein as determined by the LAL method.
-
Form
Supplied as a lyophilized powder from 20mM citrate, 0.3M sodium chloride, pH 6.0. Reconstitute with sterile PBS to a concentration of 0.1mg/ml.
-

Properties
Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
