Species reactivity
Human (Homo sapiens); Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
-
Specificity and cross reactivity
Recognizes human b-amyloid precursor protein (b-APP695) that has a predicted amino acid sequence length of 695. There are 3 known b-APP proteins (b APP695, b APP751, b APP770) thought to be the source of amyloid b-peptide. Recognizes an epitope within the first 200 amino acids in the b-APP amino terminus. This antibody will react with all 3 forms.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
