  Keratin, Type I Cytoskeletal 19 (KRT19) Mouse anti-Human Monoclonal (0.N.365) Antibody. Also available without BSA and azide. Immunofluorescence, Western Blotting, Immunohistochemistry (frozen and formalin/paraffin). Staining of formalin/paraffin tissues is enhanced by digestion of tissue sections with pepsin at 1 mg/mL Tris-HCl, pH 2.0 for 10-15 min at RT; with trypsin at 1 mg/mL Tris-HCl (or PBS), pH 7.4 for 10-15 min at RT); or by boiling tissue sections in 10mM citrate buffer, pH 6.0, for 10-20 min., followed by cooling at RT for 20 min. Protease XXIV damages the epitope recognized by this antibody. Recognizes the rod domain of keratin 19 (40 kDa). Species Reactivity: Human. Weak reactivity with Rat, Mouse and Guinea pig.
