Additional description This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody against the Hu protein or peptide or recombinant supplied in 1 volumes. Ask for quote if you need bulk. For cells, cell lines and tissues in culture till half confluency.
Properties Human proteins, cDNA and human recombinants are used in human reactive ELISA kits and to produce anti-human mono and polyclonal antibodies. Modern humans (Homo sapiens, primarily ssp. Homo sapiens sapiens). Depending on the epitopes used human ELISA kits can be cross reactive to many other species. Mainly analyzed are human serum, plasma, urine, saliva, human cell culture supernatants and biological samples.
Test Stem cell factors and stem cell growth factors will produce stem cells or be part of a transdifferentiation process to produce other cells. A cell can transdifferentiate by going back to the naive stem cell stadium or directly into the other cell, helped by the stem cell and transdifferentiationf actors. Stem cell growth factors or stem cell factors are mostly used to produce iPSCs or induced pluripotent stem cells by Jamaka or Thomson factors by using for example 5 Lenti-III-CMV viruses, expressing the Yamanaka iPSC factor set (Oct4, Sox2, Nanog and Lin28) + GFP positive control. Trans differentiation will omit the stem cell stadium but stem cell factors sill play an important role in trans differentiation strategies.

Additional information
PubMedC646 treatment attenuated ETV1 protein expression and inactivated KIT-dependent pathways. Taken together, the present study suggests that CBP/p300 may serve as novel antineoplastic targets and that use of the selective HAT inhibitor C646 is a promising antitumor strategy for Gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
When critically applied, CD117/PDGFRA immunophenotyping is a useful diagnostic tool correctly predicting the presence of PDGFRA mutations in most cases.
C-KIT overexpression and intron mutation were found in NPC cell lines.
c-Kit (+) ICC-like cells appear to have a role in the epithelial recovery process and may be associated with carcinogenesis of human gastric mucosa
Skeletal muscle telocytes (TCs) express c-kit, caveolin-1 and secrete VEGF. In culture, TCs (but not satellite cells) emerge from muscle explants and form networks suggesting a key role in muscle regeneration and repair, at least after trauma.
Secondary mutations of c-KIT are significantly associated with acquired resistance to imatinib in Chinese patients who have gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
Review/Meta-analysis: imatinib resistance is closely associated with KIT and PDGFRA genotypes in gastrointestinal stromal tumors.
This study shows that mutually exclusive mutations of KIT and RAS genes are very common events in germinomas and are associated with elevated KIT mRNA expression and chromosomal instability.
Bone-induced c-kit expression in prostate cancer cells leads to BRCA2 downregulation and supports bone metastasis.
c-kit mutation in exon 17 appeared to be significantly different between endometrial carcinoma and normal endometrium. The pattern and frequency of the mutations was also shown to be different between tumors from different stages.
