FZD7 This item recognises human Frizzled-7 (FZD7), a multi-pass membrane protein of 574 amino acids belonging to the G-protein coupled receptor FZ/Smo family. _x000D__x000D_FZD7 is a receptor for Wnt signaling proteins. FZD7 down regulates the functions of the tumor suppressor gene APC and thereby enhances beta catenin-mediated signals. _x000D__x000D_FZD7 is highly expressed adult skeletal muscle and foetal kidney. High expression is observed in the foetal lung, placenta, adult heart and brain tissues. It is specifically expressed in squamous cell oesophageal carcinomas.

Advisory
In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.

This antibody needs to be stored at + 4°C in a fridge short term in a concentrated dilution. Freeze thaw will destroy a percentage in every cycle and should be avoided. Antibody for research use.
