  ELISA: Antibody detection limit dilution 1:64000. Western Blot: Approximately 36 kDa band in human, mouse, and rat lysates after 0.1 ug/mL antibody staining. The 36 kDa band was successfully blocked by incubation with the immunizing peptide. In transfected MDCK transiently expressing the fusion protein Myc-Btbd7-GFP a band of approximately. 190 kDa is observed. This band is also observed by Myc-antibody and it is not observed in the MDCK expressing GFP, or when the fusion gene was suppressed.
