DescriptionLyphilized ultra pure white powder needs to be reconstututed in PBS, Sodium Phosphate or RPMI and sterile Water supplemented with 0% glycerol or gelatin in as high as possible concentration aliquots to prevent post reconstitution degradation. Aliquoting with 25 mM HEPES-KOH, pH 7.2 and 1 mM DTT and 10% weight on volume glycerol is suitable for storage of the reconstituted powder. The solution can be stored for short term at +4 C 5 days and long term storage at - 85C. Freeze thaw cycles need to be omitted to maintain the protein activity. A typical loss of 15 % in each freeze thaw cycle can be expected.
