  ATP-binding cassette sub-family G member 1 is a transporter involved in macrophage lipid homeostasis. Is an active component of the macrophage lipid export complex. Could also be involved in intracellular lipid transport processes. The role in cellular lipid homeostasis may not be limited to macrophages.
• Immunogen
  A portion of amino acids 359-387 from the human protein was used as the immunogen for this ABCG1 antibody.
• Storage
  Aliquot the ABCG1 antibody and store frozen at -20 deg. Celcius or lower. Cycles of freezing and thawing can denaturate the peptide chains of the antibodies and reduce their sensitivity and/or change their affinity. Prepare aliqotes in such a manner so that freeze-thaw cycles are minimized.
