Bovine, Canine, Chicken, Guinea Pig, Hamster, Human (Homo sapiens), Monkey, Mouse (Mus musculus), Rabbit (Oryctolagus cuniculus), Rat (Rattus norvegicus), Sheep, Xenopus; Due to limited knowledge and inability for testing each and every species, the reactivity of the antibody may extend to other species which are not listed hereby.
  • Specificity and cross reactivity
Reacts with the intermediate filament protein of central and peripheral nerve cells. In Western blotting reactive only with the 200kD neurofilament protein. Reacts with both the phosphorylated and non-phosphorylated isoform. Species crossreactivity: Human, rat, rabbit, guinea pig, canine, hamster, chicken, mouse, bovine, monkey, sheep, Xenopus.; Since it is not possible to test each and every species our knowledge on the corss reactivity of the antibodies is limited. This particular antibody might cross react with speacies outside of the listed ones.
