The purified antibodies are isolated from immobilized antigen affinity column. The affinity pure antibodies are supplied as 0.5-1 mg/ml IgG in antibody stabilization buffer. For long-term storage of keep productone should be stored at -20 degrees Celsius.. MyBioSource does not recommend storage of very dilute antibody solutions unless they are prepared in specially formulated multi use antibody dilution buffer. Working solutions of antibodies in DiluOBuffer should be filtered through 0.45 um filter after every use for long-term storage.

In order to retain the quality and the affinity of productone unchanged, please, avoid cycles of freezing and thawing. For antibodies that are in liquid form or reconstituted lyophilized antibodies small amounts could become entrapped on the seal or the walls of the tube. Prior to use briefly centrifuge the vial to gather all the solution on the bottom.
